Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the t200m Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. t200m employs automated and manual procedures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where a duplicate Account is identified, all Accounts associated with the player will be closed and all balances forfeited, including Real Money Funds, without notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP or equivalent government-issued document), date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. t200m will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify t200m immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request the closure of your t200m Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

t200m will process KYC submissions within 48 hours on business days. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending successful KYC completion. t200m is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to submit complete and accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. t200m reserves the right to set individual deposit limits on any Account at its absolute discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
Deposits made via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your t200m Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of confirmed payment, generally within 5 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). t200m is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
All funds deposited into your t200m Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person using their bank account or e-wallet — are strictly prohibited. t200m reserves the right to suspend any Account where a third-party deposit is detected, pending investigation.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) absence of any pending investigation into the Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case t200m will process the withdrawal to the player's verified bank account. t200m reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
t200m reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce the Account balance below any outstanding wagering requirement threshold.
t200m offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause 8.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a t200m Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:
t200m employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus-funded win regardless of outcome; using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; systematically exploiting low-variance games during a bonus cycle. Where bonus abuse is detected, t200m reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and close the Account.
t200m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of such modification or withdrawal will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
All games available on the t200m Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Habanero, and others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a game's internal rules and these Terms, the game's internal rules apply to gameplay outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round or betting transaction, t200m reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return any stakes wagered in that round to the player's Account. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the t200m Platform without the prior written consent of t200m. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t200m, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

t200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of the t200m Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t200m holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
